Once again, Mentarossa takes the stage at the Mediastars Awards, one of Italy’s most prestigious honors dedicated to advertising communication and creative professions.
During the 30th edition, held at the Auditorium San Fedele in Milan on June 3rd, our agency secured three major awards, building on the success of the two prizes won just last year.
What is the Mediastars Award?
The Mediastars Award annually brings together top agencies, creative studios, companies, and professionals from all over Italy. Participants compete across a wide range of categories covering the entire communication ecosystem: from traditional media and digital communication to brand identity, promotional activities, design, and multichannel projects.
In addition to campaign, specific awards, Mediastars honors individuals with Special Stars, prizes that spotlight outstanding expertise in fields like copywriting, creative direction, art direction, strategy, and project development.
Three awards for two creative projects
The 2026 edition of the Mediastars Awards saw our agency stand out thanks to two distinct campaigns. While very different in scope, both shared the exact same approach: leveraging creativity to make complex topics memorable.
"Incrocia i dati, non le dita" wins two Special Stars
The project developed for Lungarini Assicurazioni (an Allianz insurance agency based in Cesena) made it to the official Mediastars Short List and took home two Special Star awards:
- Special Star for Copy Strategy – Promotions Section
- Special Star for Creative Direction – Corporate Identity Section
“Incrocia i dati, non le dita” (Cross data, not your fingers) stems from a simple insight: too often, business decisions are made by relying solely on intuition, whereas data and analytics can serve as fundamental tools to guide choices.
The campaign turned this concept into a direct, instantly recognizable message, blending irony, creativity, and data culture. This approach made a technical topic accessible, engaging, and highly memorable for the audience.
Disincarto: when packaging becomes the message
Recognition also went to Disincarto, a project conceived, designed, and produced entirely in-house. It proudly brought home:

Disincarto perfectly embodies our agency’s creative philosophy: transforming an everyday object into a broader reflection on the meaning of communication.
By playing with the relationship between container and content, the project turned a simple physical element into a powerful storytelling tool. It proves that even the most minimal forms can carry profound meaning when driven by a clear, sharp strategy.
