Welcome to the Mentarossa srl website. By using this website and completing an order, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions, which govern the sale of products offered through our e-commerce platform.

2. Products and Prices

All product prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change without notice.

3. Payment Methods

Payment for the products can be made exclusively via PayPal, according to the methods indicated at the time of purchase. The order will be processed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Shipping

Products are shipped via Express Courier at a fixed cost of 4.00€ per order, unless there are promotions.
Free shipping is available for orders equal to or greater than 50.00€.
Shipping generally takes place within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.
Deliveries are made in Italy to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) and in particular Art. 54-bis (introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, transposing EU Directive 2023/2673), customers purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide an explanation, within 14 days of receiving the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, customers can communicate their intention by sending an email to info@mentarossa.it, or proceed directly online through the specific function on the website.

In the case of the online procedure, the form is completed in two steps (order identification and confirmation of the request) as follows:

For orders placed with an account: log in to your private area, open the order details, and click on the dedicated link to exercise the right of withdrawal.
For orders placed as a guest: use the link to the dedicated withdrawal page in the website footer. To proceed, the order number (found in the order confirmation email) and the email address used at the time of purchase will be required.

Once the online request is confirmed, the customer will automatically receive a receipt on a durable medium at the order’s email address, indicating the date and time of the request and an identification code.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods and after verifying their integrity, Mentarossa srl will refund the amount paid (excluding shipping costs), within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method chosen by the customer.

6. Warranty and Complaints

All products sold are covered by a legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

7. Privacy

Personal data provided by the customer will be processed in compliance with current privacy legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For more information, please consult the Privacy Policy on this website.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The sales contract between the customer and Mentarossa srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law.
For any dispute, the consumer’s local Court shall have jurisdiction.
