A digital platform to promote a territory, with a clear and shared voice
What happens when a village that preserves ancient stories and unspoiled landscapes chooses to tell its tale through a new tool, built around its real needs?
It happens that digital tools stop being just a showcase and become a lever for genuine enhancement.
The VisitRadicofani.it project was born with this spirit: to create a communication and booking platform for cultural and tourist services that does more than just “inform” — it invites you to discover, to experience, to return.
Behind the website lies a long, complex, and shared effort. The Municipality of Radicofani called on us to build together a tool that would be useful not only to tourists, but also to those who live in and care for this land every day.

Listen before designing
Like every project that starts off on the right foot, this one began with listening.
We met with the key stakeholders to understand who the protagonists of the territory are, which experiences deserve to be highlighted, which services should be integrated, and which expectations need to be respected.
From there, we began to build: not a generic website, but one designed around what Radicofani is today — and what it aspires to become.
Strategy, content, vision
In our work, the technical aspect is never the starting point — it’s the destination. First comes strategy. Then writing. Images. Connections between content. The user experience.
VisitRadicofani.it is the result of a process of synthesis, vision, and concreteness, where every section of the site serves a specific purpose in telling the story of the territory.
We built an editorial framework capable of:
- showcasing bookable experiences directly connected via API to VisitTuscany.com;
- highlighting the uniqueness of local beekeeping with dedicated content, created in collaboration with ARPAT;
- presenting itineraries related to medicinal herbs, nature, and wellness;
- opening windows onto the territory through a video section;
- keeping an up-to-date events calendar always aligned with the village’s reality;
- providing precise, essential information, organized for immediate usability.

A digital identity that reflects the real one
In building the platform, we asked ourselves a question:
What tone of voice does a village like Radicofani need?
The answer came clearly, by listening to the people involved.
The language needed to be sober yet engaging, informative but never cold, able to bridge the historical depth of the village with its contemporary tourist vocation.
All content work — from texts to images — followed this direction.
The visual identity was also developed in line with the provided guidelines, giving the site a clear, recognizable, and official personality, without sacrificing emotional impact.
Not a website, but a tool
VisitRadicofani.it was designed to be used.
By visitors to the village. By those who work there. By those who promote it.
It is not a static container, but a dynamic, integrated platform, ready to grow.
Our goal was not just to “make a beautiful website.” It was to build a communication asset that can:
- host content and future developments;
- provide a solid foundation for anyone who wants to continue telling the story;
- simplify the work of operators and enhance the user experience.
Communication as part of transformation
Even in this case, communication was not an accessory, but a fundamental component of change.
We didn’t just “give visibility” to what already existed.
We reorganized, interpreted, and narrated. We gave coherence and shape to a story that, from now on, can speak clearly and directly to a wider audience.
VisitRadicofani.it is online.
But above all, it is active.
Because a good project doesn’t end with delivery. It starts from there.
