Through the “Feeling Part of It” campaign, the Municipality of Pisa transforms the city into a living, accessible, and immersive story. What we developed is not just a traditional campaign to be observed, but an experience to step into, empowering both citizens and visitors to become active participants in the traditions of Giugno Pisano, rather than mere spectators.
What We Did
Key Visual & Campaign Visual Identity
We developed the core key visual for the “Feeling Part of it” campaign, tailoring it across citywide outdoor advertising, promotional brochures, and social media content. The iconic red banner became the central visual thread, echoing the traditional flags, historical costumes, the intensity of the Gioco del Ponte, and the warm glow of the Luminara di San Ranieri. Because of its symbolic power, this motif anchors every brand touchpoint, from physical billboards to digital feeds.
Territorial Distribution & Local Activation
Event programs and branded display units were capillarily distributed across the entire city of Pisa and its coastal area, partnering directly with local businesses. This hands-on, door-to-door activation strategy was designed to push the campaign beyond standard institutional channels, embedding it seamlessly into the daily life of the local community.
Physical Installations: Interactive Cubes & Spheres
Two interactive display cubes were installed in strategic locations across Pisa’s historic center, thoughtfully designed to integrate with the surrounding urban landscape. Inside, exhibition panels trace the rich history and traditions of Giugno Pisano, inviting passersby to physically step into the story.
Completing the journey, three aesthetic spherical installations were placed at key city landmarks, extending the campaign’s visual language into the urban space and guiding visitors from one site to another. These physical installations go far beyond providing information: they engage, evoke emotion, and make every observer feel genuinely part of the story.
