AlumierMD: the Italian launch of a global professional skincare brand

AlumierMD is one of the fastest-growing professional skincare brands worldwide, with a global network of partner clinics that continues to expand. Its mission is clear: to make people feel confident and strong in their own skin through an advanced scientific approach that combines clinically tested ingredients with innovative technologies.

For its debut in Italy, we were chosen as the communications partner with an ambitious goal: to tell the story of a brand already established globally but still unknown in our country, translating its philosophy into content, events, and tools that speak simultaneously to two distinct yet interdependent audiences – medical professionals and end consumers.

A dual communications challenge: doctors and consumers

The unique characteristics of the Italian market impose a particular condition: AlumierMD products can only be distributed through medical professionals. Without them, the brand cannot exist. At the same time, without demand from end consumers, the products cannot be sold.

Our challenge was therefore to develop a strategy capable of engaging both audiences on a single channel, differentiating tone, language, and content without losing coherence.

Instagram as a central hub and on-the-ground activations

We launched and managed the AlumierMD Italy Instagram channel, designed as the main platform to build awareness, community, and brand storytelling. Content alternates between scientific information, emotional storytelling, and interactive moments, calibrated to meet the needs of two distinct audiences.

In parallel, we organized exclusive events for medical professionals, providing networking opportunities and technical insights that helped position the brand as a reliable partner close to skincare professionals. Dedicated photo shoots completed the picture, delivering a coordinated and recognizable brand image.

Tailor-made tools for professionals

To support the medical network, we created direct and targeted communication tools:

  • a dedicated newsletter, providing technical updates and scientific insights.
  • a WhatsApp broadcasting channel, to maintain constant, fast, and personalized contact, reinforcing the sense of belonging to an exclusive community.

A launch that combines community and science

AlumierMD’s journey in Italy is just beginning, but it already serves as an example of how communication can bridge different worlds. On one side, the science and professionalism of medical experts; on the other, the aspirations and desires of consumers.

One voice, two languages: the key to building an informed community and a brand capable of growing even in our country.
