\nAnd the truth? We didn’t think it would change us.

Because behind what many see as just a “label to show off”, there’s much more.
\nThere’s a powerful opportunity for reflection. A new way of looking at one’s work. Getting certified means looking in the mirror<\/h3>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”mtd30 mtm30″]The path to ISO certification is not a walk in the park, and it shouldn’t be.
\nIt forces you to stop, to put things in order, to explain (first to yourself) who you are, what you do, and why you do it that way<\/strong>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”mtd30 mtm30″]It asks you uncomfortable \u2014 and very useful \u2014 questions:[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]

And the result was surprising: we understood each other better<\/strong>.
